Sleep Party People

Danish Shoegazer Brain Batz returns as Sleep Party People with Chin the first single to be taken from the forthcoming second album We Were Drifting On A Sad Song. The experimental one man band have created a luscious synth laden soundscape layered with electronically altered falsetto vocals.

Chin is unashamedly artsy whilst also being hopelessly catchy. The incomprehensible lyrics soothes the listener into a dreamlike state where they can explore the fairytale feeling that this song creates and leave with their own meaning. Drifting somewhere between the gentle crooning of Bon Iver and the barrier blurring indie electro outfit Everything Everything Chin has enormous power.

This track has set a high standard for the bunny masked experimentalists second album but this dream could all to easily turn into a nightmare.
