American indie popsters The Drums, having finished their recent tour stint, came into London this week as a pre-cursor to their Christmas break.

Shortlisted as one of the BBC Sound of 2010 acts amongst countless other lists The Drums have carved out a loyal following in the UK with their retro brand of alternative pop.

We met up with sensitive souls Jonathan Pierce, Jacob Graham, and Connor Hanwick to catch up and find out how their second album Portamento was received, the stresses and strains of touring and next year’s plans.
