Back with more bass busting sounds of now is Lee Mortimer on this fresh collaboration with latest signings Black Noise. The suitably named ‘Speaker Buster’ does just that with quaking bass and mental synths that drop hard. Black Noise’s Bumpin mix turns everything up to eleven and adds a rolling thump that makes the track a touch bouncier but both versions could be played out to crowd pleasing effect.
The titular third track on this notable EP leaves no doubt in anyone’s minds of Lee Mortimer’s sterling production prowess. Bass rumbles, synths quiver and sounds that can’t be described spurt out of the speakers and spray the ears with splendor. There are also a few nice samples used on this EP and the speeded up one that turns into a breakdown also raises a smile as the head nods away.
