Following his top 10 hit with Won’t Go Quietly, British act Example has had a wild ride of late, benefitting from much support from Radio 1 DJs, T4 coverage and over six million hits on You Tube for his videos.

The Guardian reckons he is a “bright pop tinged superstar in the making” and on this evidence, Kickstarts – the single preceding his new album of the same name, won’t make me disagree.

Having supported Lily Allen and Tinchy Stryder in front of large audiences, he is embarking on a UK tour of his own and will be at Wireless, V and Bestival among others. With production help from the likes of Calvin Harris, Bjorn Yttling and MJ Cole, Example strikes a good pop balance and is certainly more than likely to capitalise on his promising start.
