Marc Almond was in London's iconic HMV store on Monday to showcase some new tracks from his latest album 'Variety'.

"'Variety' will be my last album of original solo material" said the legendary singer of 80's sleazy synthpop duo Soft Cell. In future he will return to singing other peoples tracks which seems to please him more.

Music-News.com were lucky enough to grab 10 minutes with the hard living star and soon found out that talking about Soft Cell was off the agenda and Marc "you should read my autobiography before interviewing me" Almond was was still as fiesty as ever.
