Since Owl City's Adams Young first sprang off of that there Myspace (as we're so often reminded) and floated over the Atlantic on a wave of promoter instigated glorification, easily impressed people all over the world were bowled over with the starry-eyed introspectiveness of 'Fireflies', a song about insomnia sung in the style of an American version of whine-monger Athlete frontman Joel Pott.

Young's next single faithfully follows the same theme of blippy bloppy synth but this time with an extra chunky Euro pop, Ibiza dance tempo thrown in almost guaranteeing this will sink itself into every club, radio playlist and TV show over the summer.

The fanciful lyrical imagery is also still there with talk of an “underwater Ferris wheel” and clearly spelling it out for you if you haven't worked it out already with “I think dreamy things...(well duh)... as I'm waving good-bye/ So I'll spread out my wings and fly.”

It's fun and summery, I guess; so fans of 'Fireflies' won't be disappointed, but it hasn't made a fan of this joyless cynic I'm afraid.
