Future Disco is the debut EP from Leicester’s Neon Circus, and very promising it is too.

This will no doubt fill the dance floors as it has all the trademark beats and rhythms.
Having said that, unlike many groups in this genre, this is easy on the ear, which may help them get some attention away from the clubs. There’s a flirting with rock too, which doesn't do it any harm. The remixes are double the length of the original, but are nothing more than playing about in the studio.

Carry the Weight is more ambient in tone and groove, though the sax and guitar laced throughout. This gives the song a bit of a sleazy atmosphere, which is nailed when the salacious vocals slink in half way through.

Neon Circus have their roots in dance and electronica, but this EP demonstrates they are not tied to it, and will experiment. The album should be interesting.
