Crowded House

Kings of upbeat melodic pop, Crowded House, are firmly back in the public ear with the second single from their acclaimed new album Time On Earth. Neil Finn continues to be a master at penning catchy sunny feelgood singalongers, and She Called Up is another example. Finn's trademark yearning vocals and straightforward driving groove hits the happy heart strings as always despite a slightly disturbing la la la chorus.
