AVH returns with the third release from his highly successful 'ghettoblaster' long player. 'I want your soul' samples the much used 'do you want it right now' by Siedah Garrett that became famous on UK floors when Degrees of Motion covered it back in 1991.

A full summer of promotion should bring further success for Mr Van Helden in both Club and Commercial chart lists, although this certainly isn't the finest cut from the album and seems a bit 'easy formula pop' in it's original form. Which thankfully is where the remixes come in.. TV Rock fresh from remixing some of the biggest tracks of the last twelve months stay true to the original in style but offer a slightly less commercial sound for the club. The Crookers mix however is a completely different proposition, the only way to describe it is 'bananas' dark bass lead sounds and a breakdown to send the most sane of clubber into a gibbering mess. The final mix is straight out of the west coast with Hipp-e pressing the buttons, spaced out jackin grooves for the true house heads.

Decent release with the Crookers remix stealing the show.
