A fat back beat and moody bass line set the foundation, in Chiffons style, for a tale of infidelity and getting caught. Winehouse shows off not only her incredible natural jazz/soul vocals but a clever lyrical knack - using everyday modern cultural images of Stella beer, chips in pitta bread and (the not so modern) Roger Moore to report the scene. The musical arrangement by Mark Ronson (Robbie Williams, Lily Allen, Christina Aguilera) and Gabriel Roth allows AW's effortless vocal to breath and flow above a subtle richness of saxopohones and floating Wurlitzer.

Like much of its host album, Back In Black, the result is a commercially viable and relevant variation of early 1960's US soul. The package comes with a remixed version with vocals by Wu Tang Clan's Ghostface Killah. Her star is firmly in the ascendancy and this single release certainly won't hold her back. 2007 will be her stellar year. Artois!
