"Dirty Blue Jeans" the new single from one man folk revival Jeremey Warmsley is a jaunty number. Its clever enough, the hook is a cheeky, catchy little riff that sounds like a hyperactive court jester let loose on a flute, although by the end of the track it grates a little. The song's well structured and interesting: plenty of tempo changes, and clever enough lyrics. Whether you will like it will probably be determined by your feelings towards the music of Donovan whose singing
voice and musical style Warmsley's resembles: if "Sunshine Superman" is your idea of a holiday in hell, then you'd probably best avoid this one.
