Short, sharp guitars, a la Maximo Park, and urgent vocals like David Byrne in a hurry kick off an instantly catchy song in 'Jumping the Great White'. This song kicks and stop/starts itself along, leaving you feeling like it's an old favorite after a couple of listens. The Flipside, "Petrol Station Union Jacks" is a much slower Pavementesque number which demonstrates the depth of the band.
These lads from Reading are hitting the ground running with this debut release. It's limited to 2000, snap one up now......
