How could Nelly Furtado possibly follow Maneater ' the stomping club track which is undoubtedly the biggest hit of her career? She tried with the somewhat disappointing and repetitive RnB track Promiscuous but All Good Things is a much better attempt.

Admittedly, after the first listen, you’re left thinking - what’s so special about this? But persevere - after a few listens, you’ll have the chorus swirling around your head for the rest of the day.

With a sweet vocal, acoustic guitar, floating strings and melancholic lyrics, All Good Things is an understated track, much more in line with Nelly’s folky roots than the very mainstream Maneater and Promiscuous. By collaborating with Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Nelly has created a simple but stand-out track from her platinum-selling album Loose.
