The website Popjustice.com has been hailed as the online replacement for Smash Hits since it’s inception at the turn of the Millennium. This compilation '100% pop music’ captures the spirit of a website jam packed with poptastic content. Twenty three tracks mixed by Xfm’s mash-up DJ Grant McSleazy include hits from Girls Aloud , Scissor Sisters, Pussycat Dolls, this however is not your average Pop compilation.

The opening 3 tracks, the fantastic Soft Cell sampling 'SOS’ from Rihanna perfectly blended into the Automatic’s 'Monster’ before slammin into the Sugababes cover of Arctic Monkeys 'I bet that you look good on the dancefloor’ set the tone and sum up the diversity of this collection.

The album is let down with some lazy mixing in places, most noticeably the falling down the stairs mix of Justice & Simian with Client’s 'Lights go out’. However, gems like Jacques Lu Cont’s remix of the Killers anthem 'Mr Brightside’, Ladytron’s 'Destroy everything you touch’ and record of the year Nelly Furtado’s 'Maneater’ really give it some quality.

This will go down a storm at many a Xmas office party.
