Troy Redfern

I don’t often get the link between a video and the music it is illustrating but in the case of Troy Redfern’s new single, they seem to be completely in sync.
The image is dark and foreboding as is Troy’s single. The song is illuminated with a massive slide guitar solo from Troy, while his vocals are equally dark and massive. Anthemic doesn’t even come close.



Redfern is probably the most exciting guitarist on the scene at the moment and playing metal slide on a resonator is definitely a unique style. His impassioned vocals suit the music perfectly. I can see this being a huge radio as well as live favourite.
