Dani Wilde has been around the scene for a while and while she isn’t a prolific artist, everything she has done has class. This single features Dani on guitars and vocals, Victoria Smith (Bass), Abby White (Drums) and Ali Gavan: Engineer (Mixing and Mastering). Dani produced the single herself.
Loaded with rock & roll influences such as Little Richard and Chuck Berry, she also lists Nick Curran and the Low Lifes - "Samantha Fish, Cassie Taylor and I once caught a Nick Curran gig in this grungy club in Berlin on an off night from our tour. This was years ago now and sadly Nick Curran has since passed, but his music left a big impression on me!"
It’s 2 and a half minutes of cracking R&B with Dani’s vocal achieving glass cracking peaks and her guitar definitely on song with a surf-rock edge to it.
"This track was really about getting in the studio and having fun and letting loose. We had a blast recording it and I hope you will all have fun listening to it. And, FYI, since I wrote this track my man has not smoked any more weed” Wilde laughs, “He is my new-improved man; just perfect now!"
