Robert Jon & The Wreck

This is the third single from the 2024 album Robert Jon & The Wreck have in train.

Notably more laid back than their usual fare, it is still a superb piece of Americana with some grand choruses and a throwback feel to it, as well as a ‘Classic’ sixties sit-com for the single’s video.
As usual, Robert Jon’s vocal is full of Southern ‘twang’ and the organ playing underpins the rest of the band brilliantly. Henry James guitar solo is terrific and the closing chorus had me back in the days of the multi-band shows of the seventies where they all got on stage for a huge chorus.



Robert Jon & the Wreck are keeping the southern rock traditions alive and this is a stunning piece.
