Shawn Emanuel

Feeling a little tired with yet another seductive R&B track. Shawn Emanuel, 21 has a positive groove going on, although the tune's subject matter lacks imagination. Respect to Shawn who blagged his musical path and secured a tour with Kelly Rowlands and Sugarbabes. Hands of production lie with Mr Dan (who wrote and produced Kylie's ‘Slow') who delivers bass and electronic flashes. The quality of production isn't the issue but the song has some proving to do. Add Spanish guitars, speed up the vocals and X-press house and dub remixes put life behind the vocals and energy into the track. Last is the dub remix which goes slightly deeper to lift the track that otherwise doesn't surprise.
