Union of Knives sound like a poor man's Dirty Vegas. Their music is best described as dance beats teamed with gentle unoffending keyboard melodies and soaring vocals. In fact, it's not any different to the kind of music that was made fashionable by bands like Zero 7, Aqualung and Dirty Vegas about 2 years ago. In other words, its background music or something you put on when you take a bath. It's hardly music that breaks the mould, but should you be stuck for something to spend your Easter cash on and humdrum beats are your bag, its worth a listen.
