The Las Vegas quartet belt out their pop-tastic hyperactive single as if their lives depended on it. Affable and nervous in equal measure, the piano leads a controlled frenzy with a drum attack of a middle eight and a vocal hook that is impossible to ignore. With the success of their digital only release in January of I Write Sins Not Tragedies, which reached number one on the NME/MTV2 chart, and a well received tour support to label mates ‘The Academy Is…', their current, and upgraded, headline tour is creating a big buzz around the band. But Its Better If You Do, the first commercial single release from their debut album, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, can only raise the intensity of their fast emerging reputation. Expect big things in 2006.
