How important is music to you/why: Music is the oxygen I breathe as it gives me fulfilment and meaning to this life.

Can you share with us something curious/funny which happened to you when performing: I was the youngest singer who participated in the Monteux Jazz Festival back in 2004 and we (Etnika) where the first Maltese band to participate.

From the current Summer Malta Hit 2015 finalists, who would you choose to duet with/why: Ah this is one hard question to answer!

A typical weekday for you from morning to night: I wake up at around 7.30am to go to school (as I am a Kindergarten Teacher) , I come back from work and spend some quality time with my dog Nina. We both take a little nap and then I give singing Lessons (Nina is my assistant). Afterwards we go for a little walk. However, in the heat of the summer we usually skip the nap and go for a quick swim instead!

How do you like to spend your weekends: Well weekends are always different. There is always some kind of event I have to attend to on Saturdays; therefore I leave Sundays to spend with my family, my boyfriend and of course....Nina!

Do you think Malta should send a Summer Malta Hit 2015 winner to represent Malta at Eurovision one year and why/why not: Yes! Why not? If the winner is a good singer, I’d say “go for it!”

Your musical influences: Appart from a style I’ve created along the years (which is a bit of ethnic-y/ Rock) I love Norah Jones, Alanis Maisonette, Iron Maiden, Guns & Roses, Metallica and World-music) Quite a blend isn’t it?

Your inspiration in life: I guess life itself is my own inspiration!

A message to the our readers?: One thing: Follow local music and local music would thank you back!
