How important is music to you/why: it is very important as it keeps me going on in a positive mood.
Can you share with us something curious/funny which happened to you when performing: I am also studying Flamenco and the first year that I performed during the school concert, I dropped the fan while dancing, but immediately picked it up and continued with the moves.
From the current *GTP finalists, who would you choose to duet with/why: if a male Jeffrey Scicluna if a female Rita Pace as they are the two people that I know the most.
A typical weekday for you from morning to night: First I take my son to school, go to work, back home, clear a bit and maybe cook, then shower and start studying as I am reading for a degree in SEBD.
How do you like to spend your weekends: I would like to spend my weekends relaxed watching TV or do whatever I feel like, maybe go out for a coffee with friends then go out in the evening.
Can you froecast who will win the festival this year: I haven’t heard any of the songs yet but if I had to choose from the title it would be”Cans iehor”, even though I would like to win it.
L-Ghanja Tal Poplu champions our national language. Do you think Malta should send a GTP winner to sing in Maltese at Eurovision one year and why/why not: It can be given a chance but maybe half of it would be in English to compensate.
Your musical influences: My Mum was always singing, and she still does. I’ve always wanted to be a performer and I always dreamt that one day I would go to Hollywood to take part in a musical. My dream came half way true as I am a performer singing and acting on stage and on tv but not yet in Hollywood
Your inspiration in life: To go to my birthplace in Sydney, Australia and perform there.
A message to the our readers?:
Keep supporting Maltese music and enjoying Maltese songs.
