Legendary singer-songwriter Billy Ocean has announced a major UK arena tour for autumn 2027 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of his iconic breakout track, "Red Light Spells Danger."
The landmark anniversary tour will feature Ocean performing his catalog of greatest hits across ten UK dates, joined by special guests Heather Small on all shows and Tony Hadley on selected arena dates.
With over 30 million record sales worldwide and a string of global number-one singles, Billy Ocean remains one of the UK’s most successful pop and soul exports. Originally released in 1977, "Red Light Spells Danger" followed earlier successes such as "Love Really Hurts Without You," establishing Ocean as an international hitmaker. His career reached new heights with the release of Suddenly and the Grammy-winning hit "Caribbean Queen (No More Love On The Run)," alongside chart-topping anthems like "When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Goin'."
Honoured with an MBE for Services to Music, a MOBO Lifetime Achievement Award, and an Ivor Novello Award for International Achievement, Ocean’s enduring popularity saw a high-charting return with Here You Are: The Best of Billy Ocean and his recent studio album One World.
Following a summer of festival headline appearances, the 2027 arena tour kicks off at Leeds First Direct Arena on 15 October 2027. The run includes major stops at Glasgow SEC Armadillo, Brighton Centre, Cardiff Utilita Arena, Birmingham Utilita Arena, Bournemouth International Centre, Manchester Co-op Live, Blackpool Opera House, and London's O2 Arena, before concluding at Newcastle Utilita Arena on 5 November.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday 13 November 2026 at 10:00am..
