Nickelback have announced the upcoming release of their highly anticipated new studio album, Everything Under The Sun, set to arrive on October 30, 2026, through Virgin Music Group. Alongside the album announcement, the global rock icons have unleashed the record's blistering lead single, "Rattle The Cage," featuring a guest appearance by guitarist John 5. The explosive track offers fans their very first taste of what promises to be a powerful new era for the Canadian quartet.

The album marks the band’s first collection of new music since 2022's Get Rollin'. It arrives during a period of incredible momentum for the group, following the widespread success of their documentary, Hate to Love: Nickelback, and their record-breaking Get Rollin' World Tour, which stood as the highest-attended tour of their career. True to its title, the upcoming album aims to deliver the complete spectrum of the band's signature sound, blending towering, arena-ready rock anthems with reflective songwriting and heavy guitar riffs.

Frontman Chad Kroeger shared that the new record captures every side of the band, featuring some of their heaviest material alongside experimental tracks that celebrate their three-decade history. The lead single, "Rattle The Cage," was chosen to introduce the album because it perfectly captures the high-energy communal spirit that defines their massive live arena performances.

Since their humble beginnings in Hanna, Alberta, the multi-platinum group—comprising Kroeger, Ryan Peake, Mike Kroeger, and Daniel Adair—have grown into one of the most commercially successful rock acts of the 21st century. With nearly 60 million albums sold worldwide and a recent induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, the band continues to find new generations of listeners while maintaining a fiercely loyal global fanbase. Everything Under The Sun represents both a celebration of their enduring legacy and proof that their creative drive remains as strong as ever.
