CAST have announced a major UK headline tour for October 2026, capitalising on the success of their latest studio album, Yeah Yeah Yeah. The indie icons will bring their renowned live show to key venues across the country, culminating in what promises to be a massive homecoming performance at the Liverpool Dome.
Released earlier this year, the band’s latest album secured a UK Top 10 spot. Produced by the legendary Youth at his Space Mountain studio in Spain, the record captures the Liverpool outfit at their most liberated and inspired. The album expands on the band's trademark melodic immediacy and anthemic songwriting by weaving in rich elements of psychedelia, gospel, funk, and acoustic intimacy.
Since emerging in the mid-1990s, CAST have cemented their status as one of the UK’s most resilient guitar bands. Fronted by singer-songwriter John Power, their debut album, All Change, became a landmark release of the era and the highest-selling debut in Polydor Records' history at the time. Over the decades, they have scored ten Top 10 singles and multiple platinum-selling albums, building an enduring legacy that spans generations.
This latest tour announcement follows an exceptionally busy and high-profile period for the band. After supporting Oasis on their historic stadium dates throughout 2025 and completing an extensive headline tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of All Change, the group has proved their ongoing relevance. They remain a vital force in the British music landscape, performing with the same conviction that originally propelled them to fame.
The upcoming autumn dates will feature notable support acts, with Welsh alternative rockers Trampolene joining the first half of the run, and rising indie band Pastel taking over special guest duties for the remaining shows.
Tickets for the tour go on general sale at 10am on Friday, 17th July.
