Jack White has officially released his seventh studio album, Frozen Charlotte, out now via Third Man Records. The 13-track record arrives alongside the premiere of its ferocious closing single, “Neighbors Blues,” which is now available on all streaming platforms. The new LP follows the building momentum of last month's pre-release single “Dollar Bill,” as well as early teaser tracks “Derecho Demonico” and “G.O.D. And The Broken Ribs,” both of which White recently performed on NBC's Saturday Night Live.
Produced and mixed by White himself at his Third Man Studio in Nashville, Frozen Charlotte showcases the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer capturing raw, collective energy. Rather than taking a break after the global success of his 2024 Grammy-nominated sixth album, No Name, White went straight back to work with his long-standing live rhythm section: drummer Patrick Keeler, bassist Dominic Davis, and keyboardist Bobby Emmett. The resulting record is an intense rock and roll punch heavily steeped in deep blues underpinnings.
The physical release features a wide array of formats, including CD, cassette, standard black vinyl, and multiple limited-edition color variants. Fans can track down the “Zug Island Blue” edition through Third Man Records, a special “Chrome” variant exclusively at live venues, or an “Ice Blue” pressing across independent record shops.
The album's release perfectly coincides with the launch of an extensive world headline tour, kicking off tonight, July 10, with a sold-out performance at The Anthem in Washington, DC. The massive North American leg features highly anticipated multi-night stands in Brooklyn, Chicago, Miami Beach, and Atlanta before wrapping up in late November.
White and his band will also head overseas for international dates, including major stops in South Korea, China, and Kazakhstan, alongside massive UK and European headline festival spots and a consecutive two-night residency at London's Eventim Apollo this August.
