Scottish singer-songwriter Callum Beattie has been officially confirmed to join the star-studded lineup for Bowie: Live on the Loch. The exclusive two-day charity gala weekend will take place on November 7 and 8, 2026, at the five-star luxury Cameron House resort on the scenic banks of Loch Lomond.

Organized in direct aid of Save the Children, the landmark cultural event marks the 10th anniversary of the passing of the global music icon. The weekend also marks the 60th anniversary of Bowie’s first-ever performance in Scotland, which took place in April 1965 at the Palais in Dundee. The core highlight of the weekend will be a historic reunion of David Bowie’s acclaimed Glastonbury 2000 backing band, featuring long-serving original members Earl Slick, Mike Garson, Gail Ann Dorsey, Mark Plati, and Sterling Campbell.

Fresh from an arena-scale performance at Glasgow's OVO Hydro, 35-year-old Beattie will deliver an intimate acoustic set during the gala. He will also front the legendary house band to perform some of Bowie's greatest hits. Reflecting on the announcement, the Musselburgh-born artist stated that being asked to share the stage with such legendary musicians is one of the absolute greatest honors of his life, noting that his father’s extensive vinyl collection originally sparked his lifelong love of Bowie's catalog.

The charity programming kicks off on Saturday, November 7, with a premium black-tie gala dinner prepared by Michelin-starred chef Graeme Cheevers of Glasgow’s Unalome. The dinner will host Regent Sounds Presents: Earl Slick’s Rock ’n’ Roll Guitar Auction, featuring priceless instruments signed by rock legends including Peter Frampton and Duff McKagan of Guns N' Roses.

The festivities culminate on Sunday, November 8, with a globally livestreamed concert inside the resort's dedicated event spaces. The live music will be accompanied by exclusive screenings of rare, never-before-seen archival film footage of Bowie alongside a curated photography exhibition. Advanced public tickets and registration options for the global broadcast are available now via the official event website.
