Twelve-time Grammy Award winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Jack White has officially announced the upcoming release of his seventh studio album, Frozen Charlotte. Scheduled to arrive on Friday, July 10, 2026, via Third Man Records, the project marks the songwriter's first new musical collection since his critically lauded 2024 album, No Name. To celebrate the announcement, White has premiered the album's leading new single, "Dollar Bill," across all digital streaming platforms.
The highly anticipated studio project will be made available in several specialized physical formats, including standard black vinyl, a limited-edition "Zug Island Blue" Third Man Records exclusive, a "Chrome" variant reserved for his webstore and tour merchandise, and an "Ice Blue" edition for independent record stores. Self-produced by White, Frozen Charlotte will also incorporate the two fiery tracks "Derecho Demonico" and "G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs," both of which the multi-instrumentalist debuted earlier this year during an appearance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
The album announcement was cleverly preceded by the launch of Third Man Release Lab, a free, behind-the-scenes digital broadcast designed to demystify the album production process. Unbeknownst to fans tuning in, the label subtly hid glitching promotional imagery, thematic references to the "Frozen Charlatan" concept, and preliminary audio clips of the new single within the online stream. The multimedia rollout follows the recent publication of White's debut anthology, Jack White Collected Lyrics and Selected Writing Volume 1.
To introduce the new material, White and his longtime live backing band—comprising Patrick Keeler, Dominic Davis, and Bobby Emmett—will embark on an extensive 2026 world headline tour. The international trek kicks off this month with high-profile performances in Sweden, France, and Belgium, followed by an exhaustive summer run across North America. The tour itinerary includes a string of multi-night stands in Brooklyn, Chicago, and Los Angeles, alongside headline festival slots at the Borderland and Iron Blossom music festivals, and European summer theater dates at London’s Eventim Apollo and Dublin’s 3Olympia.
