British independent music pioneers Suede have officially announced the upcoming release of Antidepressants: Expanded, a comprehensive deluxe edition of their critically acclaimed tenth studio album. Scheduled to arrive on July 10, 2026, via BMG, the multi-disc collection builds upon the massive success of the original record, which debuted at number two on the official United Kingdom charts and secured positions on multiple prominent end-of-year critical lists. Alongside the announcement, the band has released a brand-new single titled "Emotionally Unavailable."

The expansive new 3CD and digital package introduces a wealth of previously unreleased material for audiences. In addition to the new leading single, the bonus material includes "Medication," a pulsating track previously unheard by listeners in the United Kingdom, alongside coveted rarity tracks such as "Dirty Looks," "Sharpening Knives," and "Overload." The collection is completed by an entire disc dedicated to early recording sessions, featuring eleven distinct scratch tracks, raw demo takes, and early mixes that offer an intimate glimpse into the album's creative development.

"Contemporary life has a kind of powder-keg feel," noted frontman Brett Anderson regarding the thematic drive of the music, describing a latent societal frustration and a collective struggle for connection. The creative momentum follows an exceptionally busy period for the Mercury Prize-winning group, who kicked off the year with a sold-out domestic headline tour followed by extensive international festival dates across Europe, China, and Japan.

The summer release acts as a prelude to a busy autumn schedule for the iconic band. On August 27, New Modern will publish As One: Remaking Suede by Rodge Glass, a candid, authorized biography documenting the second act of the band’s 35-year career. Following the book launch, Suede will embark on a major co-headlining UK arena tour alongside fellow legendary alt-rockers Manic Street Preachers. The joint arena tour kicks off at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on October 28, making highly anticipated stops at major venues including Manchester's Co-op Live and London’s O2 Arena on November 6, before concluding in Bournemouth.
