The pinnacle of songwriting and composition is set to reach a global audience as Amazon Music announces its return as the official broadcast partner for The Ivors 2026. On Thursday, May 21, music fans can tune into the Amazon Music channel on Twitch or the Amazon Music app starting at 4:00 PM BST for an immersive behind-the-scenes experience live from London’s Grosvenor House.

This year’s livestream features a high-energy hosting trio consisting of renowned broadcaster Zach Sang, singer-songwriter Talia Mar, and TikTok creator Daniel Wall. The broadcast promises to capture every major moment of the 71st Ivor Novello Awards, from glamourous red carpet arrivals and deep-dive interviews with nominees to candid, high-stakes reactions backstage as winners are announced.

Exclusive live performances will be a cornerstone of the broadcast, featuring British rap icon Tinie Tempah alongside a showcase of the next generation of talent. Viewers will be treated to sets from Rising Star Award nominees Skye Newman, Chloe Qisha, and the band Divorce. Tom Winkler, Head of Relations at Amazon Music, emphasized the platform's commitment to "amplifying the voices" of the creators who shape global culture, placing the craft of songwriting at the center of the visual experience.

The 2026 ceremony already carries significant weight with the confirmation of major honors. International superstar ROSALÍA is set to receive the International Songwriter of the Year Award, while the legendary Linda Perry will be honored with the Special International Award. In tandem with the event, Amazon Music has released a new content series, Anatomy of an Earworm, featuring Perry. The premiere episode explores the deeply personal journey of her hit "Beautiful," detailing the process of writing the track and eventually hearing Christina Aguilera bring it to life.

As the most prestigious recognition for songwriters and composers since 1956, The Ivors represent the ultimate creative milestone. Through this partnership with Amazon Music, the Academy continues to celebrate both the legends of the industry and the emerging artists who will define its future, ensuring the craft of music remains in the global spotlight.
