The world’s only dedicated auction of "white label" test pressings is set to return for its seventh edition this summer. Hosted by Omega Auctions on June 23, 2026, the event offers collectors a rare opportunity to own a piece of music history while supporting The BRIT Trust, the industry charity behind causes such as The BRIT School and Nordoff and Robbins.

Since its inception, the auction has raised over £200,000 to improve lives through the power of music. Last year’s event was particularly historic, achieving a total hammer price of £44,200, including a staggering £8,800 for an original 1975 test pressing of Queen’s "Bohemian Rhapsody."

This year’s catalog features hundreds of lots spanning every genre imaginable. Iconic names appearing in the auction include The Rolling Stones, Sex Pistols, Freddie Mercury, The Who, De La Soul, and Gorillaz. Contemporary stars are also well-represented, with test pressings from Celeste, Lily Allen, and Louis Tomlinson up for grabs.

A standout "gem" for 2026 is an original 1973 double-sided acetate of Roxy Music’s "Do the Strand," donated and signed by band members Bryan Ferry, Phil Manzanera, and Andy Mackay.

The 2026 auction highlights a growing bridge between legacy acts and the new generation of talent. Long-term supporter Robert Smith of The Cure has again donated items, joined by glam-pop legends Erasure and stars of the modern era. Collectors can bid on signed test pressings from Sam Fender, Olivia Dean, Yungblud and Elmiene.

Co-founder Johnny Chandler noted the importance of this younger support, stating that the involvement of artists like Fender and Dean ensures the auction's continued success. With the vinyl market remaining buoyant across all age groups, organizers expect another record-breaking year. Full details of the lots will be available shortly on the Omega Auctions website.
