Luton’s breakout star Myles Smith has officially entered the next chapter of his meteoric career. "My Mess" finds Smith at his most vulnerable, reflecting on the childhood imprints and emotional chaos that shaped him. "It’s not polished, it’s not perfect—it’s just real," Smith says of the track. "I wrote it from a place of trying to understand why I am the way I am… the things I’m still unlearning."
This emotional directness has become Smith's trademark. Before even releasing a full-length record, he surpassed one billion streams, with his 2024 hit "Stargazing" becoming the biggest song by a UK artist worldwide that year. He also made history as the first male solo artist to hit #1 at both Alternative and Top 40 radio with his first two singles.
The upcoming album explores three interconnected worlds: Mess, Heart, and Life. Alongside the new single, the record features a star-studded tracklist including the reflective duet with Niall Horan, "Drive Safe," as well as fan favorites "Gold" and "Stay (If You Wanna Dance)."
"The title really says it all," Smith explains. "These songs come from moments I never thought I’d share—nights that felt endless and mornings that felt like starting over."
On the Road with Ed Sheeran
To celebrate the release, Smith is embarking on an extensive global headline tour throughout 2026. The run includes major UK arena dates, culminating in a landmark performance at London’s The O2 on November 20.
In addition to his headline shows, Smith will spend the summer supporting Ed Sheeran on the North American leg of his massive LOOP Tour, performing at iconic venues like Soldier Field and SoFi Stadium.
