Scottish rock band ‘Pray Silence’ present debut single ‘Dragon Of Chaos’

Edinburgh-based band PRAY SILENCE are proud to announce their debut single DRAGON OF CHAOS — the first release from their forthcoming EP — to be accompanied by a music video directed by acclaimed local filmmaker Tommy Slack.
PRAY SILENCE is the brainchild of Edinburgh singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist MARKY WILDTYPE and singer/songwriter/multidisciplinary artist SAM SIGGS (AKA Pillowfight Cenobite, Wes Linton — frontman/leader of garage punk band THE HEAD HENCHMEN). Both felt it was time to get back to something heavier.
Rather than arriving fully formed in that haunted city, PRAY SILENCE instead slowly coalesced in the dark over a period of years, gradually gathering strength before reaching critical mass.
Drawing together huge riffs, anthemic choruses and biting, sardonic lyricism, PRAY SILENCE make propulsive, intricate rock music that aims to hit equally in the gut, heart and brain.
This rough beast, its hour come round at last, now slouches towards Edinburgh to be born…
