Iron Maiden unveils official trailer for "Burning Ambition" documentary

The wait is nearly over for the global "Killer Krew." Iron Maiden has officially released the first trailer for their highly anticipated cinematic retrospective, Iron Maiden: Burning Ambition. Set to storm UK cinemas starting 7 May 2026, the film offers a definitive look at five decades of heavy metal mastery. Tickets are available for purchase effective immediately.



Five Decades of Uncompromising Vision

Directed by Malcolm Venville, Burning Ambition is far more than a standard music documentary. Granted unprecedented access to the band’s private archives, the film charts a journey that began in 1975 in the East End of London and evolved into a global phenomenon.

The documentary features intimate interviews with the core lineup—Steve Harris, Dave Murray, Adrian Smith, Bruce Dickinson, Nicko McBrain, and Janick Gers—alongside longtime manager Rod Smallwood.
