Country music’s fastest-rising star, Tucker Wetmore, is keeping his momentum at a fever pitch with the release of his breezy new single, “Sunburn.” Out today via Back Blocks Music/MCA/Mercury Records, the track is a sun-soaked anthem designed for the approaching summer months.
Produced by Chris LaCorte and penned by the powerhouse trio of Ryan Hurd, Jaxson Free, and Daniel Ross, “Sunburn” leans into Wetmore’s signature laid-back charm. The song captures the fleeting, high-voltage spark of a beachside romance, blending vivid storytelling with an infectious groove.
The release comes as Wetmore’s previous hit, “Brunette,” continues its global domination. The track recently spent three consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the U.K. Radio Country Airplay chart and is currently climbing the Top 15 at U.S. Country radio. With over 225 million U.S. streams already logged, the song has solidified Wetmore's status as a cross-continental phenomenon.
In tandem with the new music, Wetmore has announced a massive 17-date extension to The Brunette World Tour, buy tickets

True to his character, Wetmore is using his platform for good; a portion of every ticket sold is donated to Face the Fight, an organization dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health support for veterans.
After a historic 2025 and a milestone performance on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, 2026 is shaping up to be even bigger. Wetmore is currently heading to Australia before embarking on a sold-out run across the U.K. and Europe this spring. This summer, he will take the main stage at Nissan Stadium during CMA Fest and join country heavyweights like HARDY and Brooks & Dunn on select tour dates. Buy tickets
