The prestigious Somerset House Summer Series with American Express has officially unveiled its 2026 festival lineup, bringing a ten-day residency of trailblazing artists to its iconic open-air courtyard. Running from 16 to 26 July 2026, this year’s program celebrates global innovators and cultural figureheads through a series of intimate, one-night-only headline performances in the heart of London.
The series launches on Thursday 16 July with breakthrough pop sensation Naïka, marking her largest UK headline date to date. She is followed on Friday 17 July by the atmospheric British guitar sounds of Palace, while Saturday 18 July welcomes the soulful Americana of Thee Sacred Souls. On Sunday 19 July, legendary songwriter Ian Broudie leads the Lightning Seeds through a set of timeless anthems under the summer skies.
The second week begins on Monday 20 July with a high-energy performance from indie stalwarts The Cribs, followed by the breathtaking soundscapes of Agnes Obel on Tuesday 21 July. Wednesday 22 July sees the return of experimental pioneers Black Country, New Road, while Thursday 23 July features a masterclass from Grammy-winning saxophonist and jazz innovator Venna.
The final weekend kicks off on Friday 24 July with a boundary-breaking set from Raf-Saperra, bringing his unique fusion of Punjabi folk and modern hip-hop to the courtyard. Saturday 25 July marks a rare performance from the legendary Flaming Lips, whose experimental live show remains one of the most celebrated in music. The series reaches its finale on Sunday 26 July with a return from Mercury Prize-winner Benjamin Clementine.
General sale tickets for all dates will be available starting at 10:00 AM on Friday 6 March 2026, with prices ranging from £30.00 to £60.00. Early access is available via the American Express Cardmember presale on Tuesday 3 March and the Somerset House subscriber presale on Thursday 5 March.
