Del Amitri have announced the "Past To Present" UK Tour 2026, an extensive nationwide run marking forty years of songs, stories, and live performances. This landmark celebration kicks off in mid-November, taking the beloved Glasgow outfit through a series of prestigious venues across England and Scotland. The tour serves as a career-spanning retrospective, highlighting a catalogue that has sold over six million records worldwide and soundtracked generations of listeners.
The journey begins on 16 November at York Barbican, followed by dates at Sheffield City Hall and Nottingham Royal Concert Hall. The band will then head south for performances at the Cambridge Corn Exchange and Bournemouth O2 Academy, before a highly anticipated night at London’s Roundhouse on 22 November. The English leg continues through Birmingham, Bath, and Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall, eventually reaching Liverpool and Newcastle.
In December, the tour moves to the band’s home soil for a string of major Scottish dates. Starting at Edinburgh’s Usher Hall on 1 December, the group will visit Perth, Aberdeen, and Dundee before a homecoming show at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. The tour reaches its grand finale on 8 December at the iconic Barrowland Ballroom, the band’s spiritual home.
Core members Justin Currie and Iain Harvie have curated a setlist designed to bridge the gap between their 1985 debut and their most recent acclaimed studio album, Fatal Mistakes. Fans can expect a mix of era-defining hits such as "Nothing Ever Happens," "Always The Last To Know," and the US Top 10 smash "Roll To Me," alongside deeper cuts and newer material.
Since their breakthrough as a young indie band in the late eighties, Del Amitri have remained one of the UK’s most enduring musical fixtures. This tour celebrates their evolution from chart-topping radio staples to their modern-day renaissance. General ticket sales begin on Friday 27 February at 9:30 am via major ticketing platforms.
