Emergency Broadcast is a vegan straight-edge metallic hardcore band originally formed in Istanbul in 2016 and based in London since 2023. The band has released four albums and two EPs, steadily building a body of work grounded in heavy, aggressive songwriting and socially conscious lyrics.
Over the years, the band has performed extensively across multiple countries, sharing stages in a wide range of venues and underground spaces. Their live shows are direct and intense, reflecting the urgency and weight of their material while maintaining a strong connection with the audience.
Their new EP, Make Them Pay, was released on February 1st, 2026, and has already gained strong momentum. It has been added to numerous playlists, including Spotify’s curated Fresh Finds Heavy playlist. The EP channels outrage at the state of the world, expressing anger toward injustice through uncompromising music. From the song compositions to the lyrics and concept artwork, this theme is reflected with deliberate care and intention.
