Generational pop icon Robyn has officially announced her highly anticipated return with her ninth studio album, Sexistential, set for global release on 27th March 2026 via Young. Described by the artist as her most "ecstatic" work to date, the album marks a shift from the meditative club sounds of 2018’s Honey back toward the punchy, high-velocity pop of her legendary Body Talk trilogy.

A Return to the Stage

The album news follows a string of high-profile live appearances that have sent fans into a frenzy. Robyn recently celebrated Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary with a performance alongside David Byrne and made surprise appearances with Charli xcx and Gracie Abrams.

Most notably for fans eager to see her headline, the announcement comes on the heels of two massive sold-out shows at the Brooklyn Paramount. These performances, along with her recent New Year’s Eve appearance on CNN, serve as a precursor to a major touring cycle expected to support the new record.

"Sexistential" Live Tonight

To celebrate the reveal, Robyn will give the title track its live television debut tonight on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The track "Sexistential" is already making waves as a bold, rap-infused anthem that addresses Robyn’s personal journey with IVF, proving she remains one of pop's most fearless lyricists.

New Music and Collaborations

Alongside the announcement, Robyn has dropped two new singles:

"Talk To Me": A Prince-inspired funk track co-written with Max Martin—their first collaboration since 2010.

"Sexistential": The defiant, playful title track co-produced by longtime collaborator Klas Åhlund.

Whether soundtracking Paris fashion shows or remixing hits for Brat summer, Robyn continues to command the cultural conversation. With Sexistential arriving in March, a full world tour announcement is widely anticipated to follow.

Sexistential is available for pre-order now in various formats, including limited-edition magenta vinyl.
