Country artist Matt Tucker and his band have their newest project, Matt Tucker Band – Live from Coyote Joe’s, marking their first official release under Sound Ballistics Distribution.
“We know these songs ain’t perfect,” says Tucker. “But they’re real. In a world full of over-produced and artificial music, we wanted to showcase who we truly are — the Matt Tucker Band. Just a group of friends playing Blue Collar Country.”
Recorded at one of the band’s favorite venues, Live from Coyote Joe’s captures the raw spirit and authenticity that define their sound. The cover art of the EP reads “No Artificial Intelligence” — which is a testament to the recording being directly from a real live performance without any mixing or sound manipulation after the fact, yet also a humorous nod to the irony that the album artwork itself was created using AI. “It’s a little joke that fits where the world is right now,” Tucker adds. “The music’s 100% real — that’s what matters, and we do enjoy sliding a little joke in where we can.", he says with a wink and a grin.
