Silverstone has announced that multi-platinum DJ and producer David Guetta will be the first headline act for the 2026 Formula 1 British Grand Prix music line-up, taking place from Thursday, July 2nd to Sunday, July 5th, 2026. The world-renowned French DJ will kick off the four days of racing and entertainment with his exclusive 'MONOLITH' show on the main stage.
An Unforgettable Opening Night
Guetta’s performance marks his only UK appearance of the global MONOLITH tour next summer, offering British fans a truly unique experience. The BRIT and Grammy-winning icon will deliver his signature high-energy set, packed with global hits like 'Titanium,' 'When Love Takes Over,' and 'I'm Good (Blue).'
Recently crowned the World’s No. 1 DJ by DJ Mag, Guetta brings a massive catalog boasting over 40 billion streams. His MONOLITH show is hailed as his most ambitious production to date, promising a spectacular fusion of music, futuristic visuals, and stage design.
“I’ve played some incredible shows around the world, but performing at Silverstone during the British Grand Prix is going to be something truly special,” Guetta shared. "I can’t wait to bring my energy to the main stage and make it an unforgettable night.”
Expanding the Silverstone Experience
The announcement further solidifies Silverstone’s growing reputation as a premiere live music and entertainment destination. Following last summer's record crowds of 500,000, the venue is set to go "bigger and better" with an expanded four-day line-up.
Guetta joins a stellar list of past headliners, including Stormzy, Sam Fender, and Becky Hill, reinforcing the Grand Prix’s status as a highlight on both the British sporting and music calendars. The 2026 event will also see the return of the Sprint Race, adding more on-track thrills.
The performance, a full-circle moment for the DJ whose 2014 'Dangerous' video was inspired by F1, promises to kickstart the weekend with a huge party. More international music heavyweights and entertainment acts are set to be announced in the coming months.
Tickets for the opening concert on Thursday, July 2nd, start from £50.
