Adam Ant, one of the most charismatic and distinctive icons of the 1980s, is set to release 'The Singles,' a comprehensive, career-spanning retrospective on October 31st. The collection traces his journey from new wave eccentric to global superstar, chronicling all of his single releases from both Adam & The Ants and his solo career in chronological order.

This definitive collection is a powerful reminder of Ant’s massive impact on pop culture, featuring three #1 hits and an impressive total of ten Top 10 singles that charted between 1978 and 1983. The album begins with the genre-confounding ‘Young Parisians’ and quickly moves into his period of dominance with chart-topping smashes like ‘Stand and Deliver,’ ‘Prince Charming,’ and ‘Goody Two Shoes.’ Other major moments captured include ‘Antmusic,’ ‘Antrap,’ and the 1983 hit ‘Puss In Boots.’

The tracklist continues into his later career, featuring the funk-rock strut of the 1990 chart return ‘Room At The Top,’ and concluding with the more introspective tone of ‘Wonderful.’ By this time, Ant’s influence was being cited by a new generation of artists, including Nine Inch Nails and Elastica, cementing his legacy as a defining figure of the era. The collection will be released on CD, digital formats, and as a double-vinyl, marking the first vinyl compilation of his singles since 1986.

Beyond the music, Ant’s enduring popularity is evidenced by his upcoming 24-date UK headline tour, which begins later this month. Despite a public battle with mental health issues, his comeback was formalized with the Q Icon Award in 2008 and has since led to consistently sold-out shows globally. His loyal following has secured two sold-out London shows and two nights at Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall, showcasing a fervent devotion to the artist who helped define the New Romantic and post-punk movements.
