Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees and British Invasion pioneers, The Zombies, have released Odessey & Oracle Mono Remastered via their new imprint, Beechwood Park Records. This release is the first of four definitive physical reissues from their catalogue, presenting the album exactly as the band originally intended it to be heard.

A regular fixture on "Best Albums of All Time" lists in publications like Rolling Stone and Mojo Magazine, the album includes the enduring classics “Time Of The Season,” “Care of Cell 44,” and “This Will Be Our Year.”

The mono remaster, taken directly from the original studio tapes, marks the first time this version has been available on LP since its initial 1968 British issue. The original 1967 recording, conducted primarily at London’s legendary Abbey Road Studios, was self-produced in mono by primary songwriters Rod Argent (keyboards) and Chris White (bass). When rushed for release, a hasty stereo remix was created that notably sacrificed beloved horn parts, which are now fully restored in the mono version of "This Will Be Our Year."

"This Will Be Our Year," though never a single, has enjoyed a huge resurgence thanks to prominent use in shows like Mad Men, The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel, and Schitt's Creek, cementing its status as a modern classic.

The release is coupled with the band acquiring the rights to their catalogue last year, allowing them to oversee all aspects of manufacturing, distribution, and licensing through their new label, Beechwood Park Records. Q Prime is managing the physical and digital distribution, while Primary Wave Music will provide strategic marketing support, ushering in an exciting new era for the iconic band.
