Jim Jones All Stars, the latest project from legendary frontman Jim Jones (formerly of Thee Hypnotics and The Jim Jones Revue), have announced a new live album, Get Down ~ Get With It - Jim Jones All Stars (Live). The album is set for release on October 24, 2025, and will be available digitally, on CD, and as a limited edition red vinyl.
The record was recorded and compiled by Jim Jones himself from live shows between 2023 and 2025. It promises to capture the raw energy and "frenzied fury" of the band's performances, described as an "intoxicating, exciting collision" of the elemental rock 'n' roll of Little Richard with the high-octane fury of bands like the MC5 and The Stooges.
Commenting on the upcoming release, Jim Jones stated that the album is a "bookend" for the band, marking the end of their current chapter before they release a new studio album in 2026. The live recording, mixed by Jones and mastered by Nick Page, features 16 tracks, including fan favorites like "Burning Your House Down" and "Rock N Roll Psychosis."
To celebrate the release, the Jim Jones All Stars will embark on a UK tour in October. The tour will hit venues across the country, from the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds to The Lexington in London, where the band will host a special album launch show. Fans can pre-order the album now via Assai Records.
Mixed by Jim Jones and mastered By Nick Page at Forking Paths Mastering, Los Angeles, the full track listing is as follows:
