Global sensation Glass Animals have unveiled their latest track, "Vampire Bat," marking the fifth release in their innovative Fresh Fruit Series. This ongoing project allows frontman and producer Dave Bayley to experiment with new sounds and collaborate with different artists, creating a space for musical exploration outside of their main albums.

"Vampire Bat" is the band's first new music since their critically acclaimed album, I Love You So F**ing Much, and sees Bayley teaming up with producer Rob Bisel, best known for his work with SZA. The track joins a list of previous Fresh Fruit releases that have included collaborations with artists like Joey Bada$$, Denzel Curry, and Albert Hammond Jr.

The release of "Vampire Bat" comes as the Grammy and BRIT-nominated band continues their massive "Tour of Earth" across North America. They are set to play major festivals, including Governors Ball and Bonnaroo, as well as headline iconic venues like the Stone Pony. These performances follow a year of significant milestones, including headlining shows at The O2 Arena in London and Madison Square Garden in New York.

With their genre-blending sound and devoted fanbase, Glass Animals have become one of the most compelling acts in global pop. Their third album, Dreamland, became a cultural phenomenon, while the record-breaking single "Heat Waves" made history by becoming the first UK band to top the Billboard Hot 100 in nearly 30 years.

As the band continues to push creative boundaries with the Fresh Fruit Series and their high-energy live shows, fans can look forward to seeing "Vampire Bat" and other new material featured prominently in their sets.
