Alt-rock icons Placebo have announced an expansive new four-disc deluxe collection, "This Search For Meaning," set for release on September 12th via SO Recordings. This comprehensive set will feature their acclaimed new documentary film of the same name, alongside a wealth of live and previously unreleased bonus audio material.
The deluxe six-panel digipak will include the Oscar Sansom-directed documentary "This Search For Meaning" on both Blu-ray and DVD. This intimate and enlightening film delves into the lyrical themes and subject matter of Placebo’s songs, while charting the band's evolution both as a group and as individuals. It promises a fearless exploration of the creative process, the rock 'n' roll lifestyle, and its inevitable consequences.
