Green Man Festival, Wales’ largest music, science, and arts gathering, has announced its complete music lineup and day splits for the 2025 edition, which is already entirely sold out. Set against the backdrop of the Black Mountains within the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, the festival runs from Thursday, August 14th, to Sunday, August 17th.
The latest additions to the already impressive bill include London jazz collective KOKOROKO, British funk pioneers Cymande, gothic post-punk artist Heartworms, and New York shoegaze quintet Been Stellar. Also joining the diverse roster are American singer-songwriter Cass McCombs, post-industrial electronic act Factory Floor, and Dublin rock outfit Gurriers, alongside artists such as Hannah Frances, Jamz Supernova, Keo, Shale, Lucy Gooch, Iraina Mancini, Molina, MORN, Ella Ion, and Natalie Wildgoose.
With ten music stages, Green Man 2025 promises a broad spectrum of genres. Beyond the music, attendees can explore Einstein’s Garden, engage with science and nature in Nature Nurture, and enjoy a selection of Welsh beers and ciders in The Courtyard. The festival also features a dedicated children’s area, comedy, literature talks, and performing arts.
Highlights from the new additions include Cymande headlining the Far Out Stage on Sunday, bringing their blend of 1970s classics and material from their recent album, Renascence. Thursday night on the same stage will see performances from Heartworms and Gurriers, followed by Factory Floor delivering their post-industrial sounds into the early hours. On Saturday, KOKOROKO will perform a penultimate set on the Far Out Stage, showcasing tracks from their upcoming album, Tuff Times Never Last.
