Jamie xx is marking a decade of his critically acclaimed debut album In Colour with a special 10th Anniversary Edition and a headline performance at his own London-based LIDO Festival.

Released in 2015, In Colour instantly became a defining moment in UK electronic music. Celebrated for its emotive soundscapes and genre-defying production, the album earned widespread praise from Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, NME, and Mixmag, and received multiple award nominations including GRAMMY, Brit, and Mercury Prize recognition. Tracks like “Gosh,” “Loud Places” (with Romy), and the summer anthem “I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times)” featuring Young Thug and Popcaan blended underground edge with global appeal.

To honour its legacy, Jamie xx is releasing a limited-edition picture disc of In Colour featuring the album’s original artwork pressed directly onto the vinyl. Available to pre-order now, the collectible release will officially ship on 14th November via Young.

In parallel, Jamie xx will curate and headline the debut edition of LIDO Festival on 7th June at London’s Victoria Park. The one-day event boasts an all-star lineup including back-to-back sets with Skrillex and Nia Archives, plus appearances from Romy, Panda Bear, Arca, Sampha, John Glacier, and DJ Harvey, who will deliver a special three-hour set as part of Jamie’s immersive club concept, The Floor.

The celebration comes hot on the heels of Jamie’s second solo album, In Waves, which dropped in September 2024. The LP debuted at No. 5 on the UK charts and features collaborators like Honey Dijon, Robyn, The Avalanches, and fellow members of The xx. Hailed as “a masterpiece” by Clash and “immaculate” by NME, In Waves builds on the emotional energy of In Colour while pushing deeper into dancefloor euphoria.

For fans eager to relive or discover Jamie xx’s genre-shaping vision, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year. Pre-orders, festival tickets, and more information are available at www.jamiexx.com.
