After a sold-out debut last year, Love to be… Festival is back and bigger than ever, returning to The Stray in Harrogate on Saturday 6th September 2025. Celebrating 30 years of house music heritage, the legendary brand promises an unforgettable day packed with world-class DJs, immersive production, and an electric party atmosphere in one of North Yorkshire’s most iconic green spaces.
The 2025 edition of Love to be… features a redesigned main stage, upgraded sound systems, and a refreshed VIP area, offering 11 hours of non-stop music across two stages. Headlining the festival is none other than Armand Van Helden, a true titan of the genre, known for era-defining hits and a distinctive raw house groove. Joining him are chart-topping icons The Shapeshifters, Ultra Naté (Live), and pioneers like Trimtone, Carly Wilford, and Tom Wainwright.
The Music Factory Classics Big Top, named after the brand’s Sheffield roots, will be shaking with sets from Chicago house originator Marshall Jefferson, the ever-energetic K-Klass, TV-favourite-turned-DJ Gok Wan, and a special live performance from Juliet Roberts. Also gracing the decks are Jon Pleased Wimmin, DAYL, Electric Emma, Bongo Dave, and many more beloved names.
The VIP experience receives a luxe makeover this year, with stylish décor, premium bars, pamper zones, posh loos, and exclusive sets from funkyLove, Funk My Life, and artists like Soraya Vivian (Live), Nick Ellerbeck, and Love to be… founders Tony Walker and Marc Dennis.
Beyond the music, festivalgoers can expect a food village, thrilling fairground rides, stilt walkers, fire breathers, and dazzling visual production, transforming The Stray into a house music haven for one spectacular day.
Love to be… Festival is cashless, community-driven, and uniquely set in Harrogate’s 200 acres of parkland. General admission tickets are on sale now from £55.25 + booking fee via Skiddle – and with last year’s event selling out, early booking is essential.
