Emerging pop artist Nissu has officially released his highly anticipated debut EP, Memories, on March 7, 2025. Blending contemporary pop with nostalgic influences, Memories takes listeners on an intimate journey through themes of love, friendship, resilience, and self-discovery.
Nissu, originally from Brazil and based in Dublin for the last 10 years, draws inspiration from artists like Katy Perry, while infusing his music with personal experiences and deep emotional storytelling.
Collaborating with renowned producer Trey Vittetoe—who has worked with industry icons such as Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, and Selena Gomez—Nissu has crafted a sound that is both fresh and timeless.
A standout track from the EP, "Connection," reflects on the bonds formed during challenging times, particularly inspired by the pandemic. The accompanying music video features nine LGBTQ+ influencers from the UK, celebrating unity, strength, and inclusivity.
Other tracks on Memories explore themes ranging from the love for his mother and the influential women in his life to reflections on his teenage years and personal growth.

“I wanted Memories to feel like an open diary, a collection of moments that shaped me,” says Nissu. “Some songs were written years ago, others more recently, but they all tell a story that I hope resonates with people.”
In addition to Trey Vittetoe’s production, the EP features collaborations with longtime friend and songwriter Ma Viana and a special guest appearance from UK rapper Paigey Cakey on the empowering track "Yourself."
Nissu’s music videos have also featured a diverse cast, including Harry Potter actress Afshan Azad and UK television personalities such as David Potts, India Willoughby, and Lianne Sanderson.
With Memories, he invites listeners to embrace their own stories and find meaning in the moments that define them.
